Snows SEAT wins Servicing Award from SEAT UK

Snows SEAT Southampton have proved their metal by earning an industry award from SEAT UK. The award was given after Snows won a Quarter Four competition encouraging SEAT dealerships across the country to relay visual health checks using video.

Between 1st October and 10th December 2015, staff at SEAT dealerships nationwide competed to have the most watched SEATNow videos in this timeframe. At Snows, a written record of every visual health check is provided for the benefit of customers, highlighting areas of concern as well as those which are acceptable or advisory. The additional SEATNow videos can help highlight any issues thrown up by the health check, visually depicting these for ease of use.

Thanks to the dedication shown to their customers, the experienced technicians at Snows SEAT Southampton emerged triumphant, with 510 views of their videos, almost 150 views ahead of second place! Snows SEAT Portsmouth also earned themselves a spot in the top ten, receiving 210 views on their videos.

This success sees Snows SEAT Southampton awarded with brand new diagnostics equipment worth in excess of £3,500. This will enable them to exceed their already excellent customer service, and locate any vehicular issues even more efficiently than before. Snows Board Director Neil McCue said, ‘We were delighted to hear that Snows SEAT Southampton were the winners of SEAT’s award.

The new diagnostics equipment will ensure that Snows customers are set to benefit just as much as our staff, ensuring the continuation of great working relationships. We look forward to the new equipment arriving and we are very proud of everyone who made this happen.’ The news comes shortly after two Snows SEAT technicians earned SEAT accreditation: Mark Whicher from winning Snows SEAT Southampton and Ryan Metcalfe from Snows SEAT Poole have had their expertise acknowledged by the marque, demonstrating knowledge which befits SEAT’s high standards.
