Snows Toyota Southampton come out on top at the BRIT Awards!

Congratulations for a second year running to our Snows Toyota team in Southampton.

Snows Toyota Southampton Business Centre have done it again and been awarded the Toyota National Fleet Centre of the Year for the second year running. This award highlights the great customer service values that Snows Toyota pride themselves on, which is clearly recognisable with their many achievements to look back on. Not to mention hopeful success in the future, such as the team being shortlisted in the Fleet News Awards coming later this month.

The BRIT awards was created three years ago by Toyota GB and was inspired by Akio Toyoda who asked: is it better to be the best in the world at what you do or the best in town? These awards are now a global initiative to praise and encourage centres that are particularly committed to delivering outstanding customer service. All Toyota retailers were up for the BRIT awards and judged on a range of business activities such as sales, customer relations, development and reputation etc. For Snows Toyota in Southampton, their fleet and business experts are happy to provide their assistance and co-operation to meet both their current and prospective customer needs. The services provided by Toyota are tailored to each individual, which really makes their unique and respectable company ethos stand out from the crowd.

Many messages of congratulations have been sent throughout Snows Group to applaud the efforts of Alastair Rutt (Business Centre Manager) and his team, James Lonergan, Sue Gay, Phil Maddison and Paul Collingwood. Group Chairman, Stephen Snow himself, shared his gratification to the group for their "fantastic achievement".

The high spirits in the team are clear with Alastair Rutt saying, "This award shows that here at Snows Toyota our aim is to look after all our customers with the highest standards of service, advice and information that we can offer. With years of experience in our team, the desire to offer a 1st class service is at the forefront of everything we do. Our next goal is to make it 3 years on the trot, and we're also delighted to be shortlisted for "Business Centre Of the Year" at the Toyota BRIT awards next month".
