Snows Peugeot Romsey are looking for somebody with excellent interpersonal skills to join our busy Aftersales Team.
Responsibilities are varied in assisting the running of our Parts Department and our Service Department and will include greeting customers, booking routine service work and liaising with the workshop technicians.
As part of this new role you will be required to select and invoice parts to both customers and the workshop, order parts when required as well as other Aftersales functions. Good communication between yourself, customers and colleagues is essential.
A working knowledge of PCs, good telephone manner and technique along with a full driving license are essential for this role as you will be required to collect and deliver customers vehicles.
