We are looking for a Centre Host to join our established team.
* To ensure that all Customers visiting the dealership are greeted in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
* To qualify all Sales Customers and introduce them to a Sales Executive.
* To host Sales, service & parts customers.
* To offer refreshments where appropriate.
* To regularly update Customer Records onto the CDK System.
* To carry out administrative duties as required.
* To ensure that all Visitors (other than customers) sign the visitors book and are given a Visitors badge.
* To help where possible with dealership events such as new car launches and used car weekend.
Any other duties as required
Working hours applicable to this role are:
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm with an hour for lunch
Alternate Saturdays 8.00am - 5.00pm with an hour for lunch
Evenings and weekends may be required for special events
