Snows Group has exciting growth plans and we can offer you exposure to the full payroll cycle including new developments such as Auto Enrolment, Real Time Information, Living Wage and more.
Snows Group has been operating for over 50 years and currently has over 750 employees across Hampshire, Dorset, Devon, Somerset, Surrey, Wiltshire and the Isle of Wight.
Following year on year growth we have identified a need for additional resource within this key team at our Head Office in Southampton to help us meet the needs of the business now and as we expect to grow over the coming 18 months.
Applicants will ideally have some relevant payroll related experience and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in developing a full understanding of all payroll procedures.
Key duties will include:
Whilst full training will be given on our payroll system our ideal applicant will be proficient in both Excel and Word.
Naturally given the sensitive nature of the work required the successful candidate must be discrete and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Although professional qualifications are not required, as training will be given, support in studying for a professional payroll qualification will be considered for the right applicant.
