We are looking for somebody with highly developed interpersonal skills to take on this key customer facing role.
Responsibilities are varied and include greeting customers as they arrive at the dealership, booking in routine service and maintenance work, liaising with the Workshop Technicians and, most importantly, dealing with any customer enquires as and when they arise. In undertaking all of these tasks, and more, the ability to deliver outstanding levels of service is the key ingredient.Whilst motor industry experience would be advantageous, it should not be considered a pre-requisite.
Working hours applicable to this role are:
Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm with an hour for lunch
1 in 2 Saturdays: 8.30am to 1.00pm
