We are looking for a well presented, highly personable and dynamic individual with first class customer handling skills, to assist with the running of our busy FCA Brand Centre reception desk at the weekends.
Duties will include offering and making refreshments and introducing customers to Sales Executives.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, personable and possess the confidence and ability to host showroom customers and assist with customer enquiries. Excellent communication and organisational skills should be considered essential qualities required for this role. You will also need to have a polite and professional telephone manner as you will be responsible for answering any calls that come into the business, and passing the call through to the relevant departments.
Working hours applicable to this role are:
Saturday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm
