We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our fleet sales team at our Mercedes-Benz Van Centre on a part time basis.
Responsibilities are broad and include the monthly ordering of vehicles, progress chasing, liaising with supplies and customers, checking in vehicles and dealing with damage issues, arranging vehicle exchanges with other dealers and the maintenance of new and used vehicle files.
This is a truly challenging and rewarding role and our ideal candidate will be someone who works in a highly organised way and is both meticulous and thorough. In addition, a working knowledge of PC’s is essential.
Whilst not a pre-requisite previous experience in the motor trade would be advantageous.
Working hours applicable for the role:
Monday to Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm (Flexible)
